[Resolved]  Axis Bank — axis bank fastag - auto sweep

Hi,

I have recently applied for fast tag from axis bank and has been allowed a fast tag account no.
Today[protected] inr. 750 has been auto swept from my axis savings account.
I called up axis customer care number to verify why the money got deducted from my account and i was told that there is separate customer care number for issues related to fasttag.

I submitted a request to stop the auto sweep but no response received.
More over the customer care number for fasttag is pathetic.

I have applied for FASTTAG on NOV last week and on DEC5 i received test message stating that it has been shipped, However i havent received the FAST TAG yet, Kindly help
