I got fast tag from axis bank in dec. I dont remember opting for any automatic recharge option.
I havent yet used my fast tag, and on 3-jan-2020, rs 800 were deducted from my axis bank account and amount loaded in my fast tag account.
First of all i could not found any option to get my issue resolved. When i dialled on the 24x7 customer care number provided for fast tag, it had only two option, 1. Toll related queries 2. Madhya pradesh nagar nigam related.
There was no option available to talk to customer support person or for recharge related queries.
When i selected option 1 which was "toll related queries" (Because i am not based out in mp) my call was on hold for a good 6 mins then i disconnected.
I want
1. Auto sweep-in to be disabled
2. My money which is deducted from my bank account to be reverted back. Was this information helpful? |
