Axis Bank — axis bank fastag no.[protected] not received

I paid to axis bank for fast tag and they sent us a message that, i have allotted fast tag no.[protected] and it is despatched.

Till today i have not received the fast tag and i tried in many ways to reach axis bank fast tag customer care but no response received from them

Please do the needful to get my fast tag.
