[Resolved] Axis Bank — axis bank fastag : no confirmation of order | |||
I have applied for Fasttag online with Axis bank on 25th November 2019(attached is the receipt). Receipt number is[protected]. Amount 200/- is paid online for that. No sms confirmation or Wallet id is received. Twice I complained by email to etc.[protected]@axisbank.com; didn't get any response. Either I need the order to be placed or refund of 200/- inititated.
