Dear sir/ madam, I am writing this in connection with my purchase of fastag on 7th dec 2019. I received a sms, about diapatch of fastag via bluedart. But, i did not received any awb number. It is more then 9 days, i am waiting for fastag. I am trying to make contact with customer service number, but no one is responding. I am not able understand what kind on pathetic service is this.
