I have salary account and a reimbursement account with Axis bank. Suddenly from last few days, account balance on reimbursement account showing negative.
I have been following up on this with bank and Customer care from many days. Not getting any kind of answer or response from their end. Everytime they are asking me to wait for sometime, there is technical failure. No one is interested in investigating the matter. I mailed them also, for immediate escalation on this issue and a service request logged with priority.
Inspite of having prime salary account, why there is money deducted. Still they didn't log any request/complaint from their end.
I Need immediate closure of this accout. For that I also requested in bank to close the account, there also they refused, saying there is a technical problem from last week. I am totally exhausted asking them for help.
They are doing this type of fraud with Customer & making us fool on open market.
