[Resolved]  Axis Bank — axis bank has charged rs 2990 unnecessary and debited

As my account was salary account zero balance and axis had converted into saving account without intimating me and charges rs 2990 slowly overall by deducting charges

This is totally wrong as my account was salary we should intimate before converting and debiting unnecessary amount

I want my refund back otherwise i will take this matter to rbi, ombudsman and higher authorities

This is totally harassment unnecessary rs 2990 debited i want my money back with interest
