Axis Bank — Axis Bank - Interest amount / Charges made even the payment was done on time.

This is regarding the payment which i have made on 30 March 2015. The same day the amount was deducted from my ICICI account and credited to Axis bank. also this transaction is appeared on my statement and the outstanding balance was transferred successfully on the due date. But surprisingly, when i got the statement this month the Interest & charges were applied approx 1000 Rs. These charges are totally wrong because i have made a payment of full amount on same day and it is clearly reflected in axis bank statement. Could you please help and reverse the amount.
