Axis Bank — Axis Bank Ltd Relieving letter and NOC

I am Jikadara Bhumika Hasmukhbhai working in Magob(Surat) branch BRO and my employee id is 361775. I resigned my position on 13 Sept 2022 with 1 month notice period. Now, I need my Relieving letter and NOC.

I submitted my ID card to my supervisor Bhavin Bhuwa (Operation Head) in the month of October before the Diwali festival. but he has not yet updated my ID card in the system And now he is cutting my calls and not answering me. After that As per a discussion with HR regarding this situation, Bhavin Bhuwa told me "share my number with the manager and I will talk to him". Please suggest what I can do in this situation when I get such kind of response from operation head (Magob branch, Surat). It's been 60 days since I resigned from the bank, but I still haven't received the relieving letter.

Kindly suggest what i can do in this situation to get my relieving letter as it has been more than 2 months now.
