[Resolved] Axis Bank — Axis bank network problem bounced my ecs - recurring deposit money debit from axis bank but not received at hdfc | |||||
I have a current account in axis bank chandigarh (Manimajra). I am talking about transaction here "ecs/[protected]/ch/1568634/hdfc chandigarh" I have recurring deposit in hdfc. The ecs gets deducted from axis bank 11th of every month. This month also the amount has deducted from axis bank but did not get credit to the hdfc. Hdfc has given me full evidence with statement and nach sequence number '[protected]' that hdfc has not recieved the money of rd till date. Axis bank manimajra just saying that amount has deducted and will be with hdfc only. I am not sure which bank has my money. The responsibility is of axis bank. They are not putting reversal of the ecs to my axis bank account. Hdfc claim that axis bank has a problem in there server on 11th april 2016. All the transaction failure has happened because of that. 1.I had sufficient balance, the amount of rd got deducted from axis bank not recieved by hdfc till date? 2.Axis bank response to hdfc ecs was bounce ecs due to insufficient fund. 3.Axis network problem i cant be responsible for this reason. 4.Please help and and make sure atleast i know where is my money parked at this moment.
