Axis Bank — Axis Bank PL request under process since 8-9 days

Hi, I have applied for a PL in Axis Bank, Jayanagar branch, Bangalore on 20th July. As i need the amount asap for some urgent purpose i applied it in AXIS. they promised me to process in 4-5 business days. till now it shows under process though i have gone through all the verifications several times. Application Id - 3180201 (Below is the status) Your application id 3180201 is under process. For any further queries, you may contact : BANGALORE RAC at[protected] . When called Bangalore RAC, they don/t have enough info to provide why its getting delayed. Please help. Thanks, Debismita
