Axis bank - pune, baner branch - charged for not maintaining minimum balance. Inspite of given written request over 6 weeks, axis bank, baner branch is not taking any action to refund the amount wrongly charged for not maintaining the minimum balance. Followed over the phone, went personally and discuss with operation manager over phone, send sms to take speedy action to refund the amount. Very casual approach and carelessness shown by bank staff. They are ignoring and had charged amount from my bank account without proper verification. Request you to help further. Pankaj kulkarni [protected] | |||
