Axis Bank — axis bank put a lien on my savings accounts and I am not able to use my account since then.

I have been a axis credit card holder from the last three years.
I have been paying my bills and my dues on time and had a good cibil record with them.
I could not pay my credit card due this feb as I didn't receive my payments and got followed by lockdown.
I informed the bank that as soon as I start receiving my payments, I will clear off my dues with the interest.
But during the lockdown when the government had already annouced the monatarium services, axis bank put a lein on my savings accounts and I am not able to use my account since then.
I arranged 70 % of my total dues and put it in my savings account and I asked them to resume my services and my account.
They denied to do that during the lockdown, seized whatever money I had then. I was stuck at Rajasthan without any money to go back to my home.
Requested them to close my Credit card and resume my savings account atleast but received no help. Now, axis bank is charging me interest over the credit card and my savings account.
