[Resolved]  Axis Bank — axis bank savings account showing minus balance

Hi, i have a salaried savings account in axis bank,
As per my knowledge salary account is "zero balance facility with no average monthly balance charges", but my axis bank account is showing minus balance and i want to know the cause for the deduction in my account.

Till this day i had no problems with the account balance but when i checked the account balance today i got to know that i have a minus balance in my account but i have no idea how i got a minus balance.

Earlier i had a account balance of inr 512 but when i checked today it is showing inr -303, when i check my bank statements using internet banking i found out inr 15 for account charges and inr 2.75 for gst where deducted from my account which leaves my account balance with inr 495.17, but there is no statement regarding the deduction of the extra amount which led to the minus balance in my account.

I tried calling the axis bank customer services but no matter how many times i try, my call is getting disconnected half way and i am not able to speak to the customer care executive, i have no option but to raise a complaint here.

I am attaching the screen shots which include the account details with account no and the balance statements. I want this issue to be cleared as soon as possible and should not be repeated in the future.
