Axis Bank — Axis Bank torn note received from axis bank atm

Yesterday i.e., on[protected] I withdrew Rs. 2000/- from axis bank atm with ATM ID: SWCW6183 (Hospet, Karnataka). I have received 4 notes of Rs. 500 out of these 4 notes one note is torn at the bottom side. If such a reputed bank is providing torn notes then what customers should do as now no one is taking that note. Why do banks deposit such currency in an atm finally customer has to suffer banks are taking charges from the customer for each service like atm transactions exceeding the limit, yearly charges for atm operation, etc then what penalty bank will pay if the customer is facing problem because of the bank.
