[Resolved]  Axis Bank — Axis Bank UPI amount debited but the merchant did not receive the amount

I did a UPI transaction on 14th Aug 23 from my UPI ID

Payer UPI ID : [protected]@axisb
Payer Mobile nos : [protected]
Payer Account Number & IFSC : [protected] & HDFC0000542

Payer Bank : HDFC Bank

Amount : 80763.00

Amount got debited from my account but instead of crediting the same into account number :[protected]

Payee UPI ID : [protected]@okbizaxis

the money got credited in wrong account as below :

Payee Account Number & IFSC : [protected] & UTIB0000000

I did similar transaction on 9-Aug-23 which was success. But how come
now the account number got changed all of sudden. I am waiting long to get this amount reversed in my account back.

Please help this solve immediately as Payee is asking same amount from me again and i have to go thru this truama again.
