Em a account holder in axis bank jind 126102 haryana but axis direct debit 885 from my account i don't know what is this axisdirect and demat account they con me,

Help. Me they always do this and i have to complaint every but they are not learning.

Because i don't have another mobile number since 2001, also they told me that they mail my trading account number but there is not mail from axis direct here is attachment
