I have made a fees deposit of Rs. 1500.00 to Local Tax (Trade Fees) to Comp Cell WBSRDA P&RD KOLKATA via Axis Easypay Payment Gateway (Trans. ID :[protected]using SBI Debit Card (ending 0468) on 12/04/22 at 04.01.11 pm. But department (Comp Cell WBSRDA P&RD KOLKATA ) does not trace the payment. If payment transfer to the Dept. Please send me any reference/document supporting the transfer of fund from your Gateway to the Department (Comp Cell WBSRDA P&RD KOLKATA). If transfer is not made till date please refund the amount to issuing Credit Card Account.

I can not communicate the Axis Bank Customer care by eMail... I can not found any Email address dedicated for Axis easypay dispute... I contact local Axis bank for that. They provide an IVRS phone no. 02267987700 where there is no option for Axis easypay. Please provide me if any email ID or Customer care Executive Phone no. which is for Axis Bank Easypay...

Updated by Chandrapur GP Other toll free nos. (IVRS) starting with 1800 ... does not have any option for Easypay. Axis bank Customercare website provide many nos. & Email ID but not any for Axis Easypay or non-axis bank customer... Please provide any email ID or Grivence redressal Contact & oblise

Updated by Chandrapur GP Thank You for your Response... As axis easypay Payment Slip generated, it is clear that payment debited... if it is refunded then please send 'Credit/Refund certificate', which is need to uploaded in Remitting Bank (SBI Card) Dispute reporting...
