Axis Bank — axis online saving account closed | |||
My online account on axis bank is closed though i was using it actively from last one year. The account still have thousands of rupees saved and also submitted the documents online while creating account. Still the account is closed. The android app showing balance as zero and 404. I have lost hope not sure what to do. How could a standard bank close your account without your consent when you have thousands of rupees into it. They could have followed me by making a simple call atleast. I am looking into it on options how to complaint about this and get back my money atleast. A private bank cheating a customer of one year long relationship is just pathetic and unacceptable. How could i trust axis bank in future anymore. Please provide any suggestion on how to get my money back or atleast sue to the bank for the forgery. Was this information helpful? | |||
