[Resolved] Axis Bank — Bad And Irresponsible Customer Care | |||
My Company Have C/A In Axis Bank Koramangala 7th Block Branch Months Before I Have Given Cheque Request Form And I Didnt Received Cheque Book, I Have Enquired In Branch About This Then The Bank Replied They Have Not Received Any Cheque Book Request, I Have Asked The Officers For The Next Procedure To Get New Cheque Book They Simply Answered There Is No Way To Get New Cheque Book, What is it??? And I Got Enquired This In Their Customer Care Mail ID. I Got Reply With A Customer Request Form, And I Got It Signed By Our MD And Submitted To The Branch, Then They Asking For Our MD To Submit It Directly I Don't Under stand Why AXIS BANK MAKES So many Rude Rules For Irritating Its Customer Yet Not I Recieved Cheque Book Was this information helpful? | |||
