Axis Bank — Bad service with Rude behaviour | |||
I am holding a credit card from Axis Bank. I blocked my card on 19th Nov 2014 and raised a request for a new card on 21st Nov 2014. I have been told that it has been raised and u will receive your new card within 10 working days. Today on 5th Dec 2014, since I have not received it yet, I called customer care and asked for the status. Shockingly the bank person informed me that there is no request from your side for a new card. I really did not understand what happened exactly. I started telling him that I am sure about the request but he was not ready to listen at all. His response was really bad with a rude tone. Then I asked to raise request now. On that he introduced me to one more complexity. He said for verification I need to tell him the last 2 transactions. I don't understand how someone can remember his last transactions if they have been made before 1-2 months. I informed him that I don't remember this. But he was insisting on that only and saying we cant take your request without that. Really Pathetic!!! Finally I disconnected the call with frustration. I realized that if you need help from Axis bank, u need to do lot of home work before approaching them. Also need to have patience to follow their complex process This is really bad experience. I was thinking customer care is supposed to be for taking care of customers. But it is not applicable for Axis Bank I guess... Was this information helpful? | |||
