Dear sir/madam,
I received a call from mr. Srijeeth credit card dep (Ph:[protected]), on 05 — 05 — 2018- one of your staff i informed him that i would like to credit the amount within few days due to i am in out of area. Hearing this your staff became furious and was very impolite, rude, arrogant and was also using abusive language. I was really shocked because i had always heard that the staff in your bank are very courteous and helpful people. I too could have been equally good in behaving as bad as your staff but my upbringing prevented me from doing this. I have been wondering how people of low caliber have been employed in your showroom. They are fit to be roadside sellers and hawkers and not be working in a prestigious company like yours. If you cannot understand that people are high quality with good standing in society, it is better that you quit and start selling on roadside because that is a place of such people. I thought that at least the manager would be of better caliber but when i brought this to his notice i found that he is no better so i understood that the rot is not just at the bottom level but has reached the from top level.
I demand a written apology for the unruly behavior meted out to me failing which i shall as a first step propagate to my colleagues, friends, relatives etc., your bad unprofessional on the street behavior and tell them to advise their friends also not to step into your showroom and buy from other dealers.
Ii will also be taking up the matter with axis bank regional office and its head office. So the choice is now with you to either apologise and let matters be resolved here itself or let it go to higher levels.
