Axis Bank — bank charges wrongly deducted

My axis account was of salary account with zero balance. Without my information the bank used to charge consolidation charges monthly/quaterly and my balance became negative. And when i deposited cheque in my account to reuse the same it again deducted approx rs.8042/- on account of consolidation + gst which is not at all justified. Axis Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. I mean almost 9000/- charges just for SMS Alert. and why these are deducted in a single go. I am also not getting any msgs from bank. Please reverse the charges else I need to close my account and will never deal with Axis bank in future.
