Axis Bank — Bank has changed an excess amount for my debit card | |||||
I have opened an priority account in Axis bank but after few month bank has change my account from Priority to normal saving bank but nobody inform me to change the ATM card also via surrendering the priority ATM card to Normal Saving Debit card and I don't receive any kind of intimation from bank to change the same and they have charged me Rs. 862 as annual fees on it. Request you to please take an action on it and reverse the same charges to me and charge the nominal charges which is applicable to normal saving account.
