[Resolved] Axis Bank — Bank Insanely deducted my account balance for not maintaining the account | |||||
This happened last year when we i was not able to maintain the axis bank current account for few months, as our partners had parted their ways and i was the only one remaining in the company. After few months i deposited a cheque of 17000. They deducted 4499 as service tax and consolidated charges for the account. I don't even know what it was. While i was looking back to the same account today they had added a lean of -6000. I am not sure again why.in this reference, i have talked to their client representative and he also told me that nothing will happen. I am not able to connect to their customer care as they have not yet updated my number despite filling the form 100 times. I don't know what these private banks are trying to do with their clients. They are fooling and misusing them. The money they are charging is hard earned and i want every penny of it to be returned, Was this information helpful? | |||||
