Dear sir.
My name is nityanand jayram hubbare, i have opened online asap zero balance account in axis bank, branch basavakalyan, a/c no-[protected], ifsc code - utib0001549, i'm suffering a problem with my given a/c number passbook & debit card, i required my atm & passbook for this i visited my home branch 5time, they r not giving me proper response and still not providing me my atm card & passbook.
So that i requesting you to resolve my above mentioned problem.

Only I want know about my declined credit card application . Why my. Credit card application was declined .I give all correct informations and id proofs.but after 17 days I received msg form axis bank your credit card application has been declined
