[Resolved] Axis Bank — bank services & charges | |
On 16th sept. I called at least 5 times but not attended phone received & kept aside, once a lady said she is officer took my cust. Id and said she will call back but not called till today. I wanted to speak br. Manager but i could notin spite of westing 1 hour on phone. Secondly, recently i have opened a r d a/c for which rs.50+gst was deducted as consolidated charges same was not informed while opening r d a/c. Hence you are requested to refund the amount deducted and stop my r d a/c. R d a/c. Was opened on line why i can"t stop on line? What type of logic? Since bank agreed on lineopening of r d a/c. You have to agree to stop on line it is customer's right I am a sr. Citizen 76 year old and at present i am living out of city it is not possible to come to mumbai my wife is attending her mother who is a paralysed pationt she needs 24x7 attendence.
