Axis Bank — Bank Staff Harassing my family members & tourchering & want to take signature of family members wihout my presence

My name is Rajesh and I have been a customer of axis Bank since 2016. i had credit card loan & personal loan at axis bank i was regulary paying my emi on time but due to my job loss I was unable to make my credit card & personal loan(PPR[protected] due payment in time.since around 1year 6month completed today i financial conditon was too poor & not able pay & informed since beginning i have no source of income to pay but starting 6months they started calling, torchuring & visiting my home. Even though i had answered in a good manner but now at present status one axis bank lady staff mob no([protected]) calls daily to my mother, wife & continously using harsh words & harassing them telling my wife she will send staff to workplace & make u jobless, otherthan calling my aged patient mother & speaking roughly if emi not payed we will make u homeless. They are also contacting our local ward members & telling false statements regarding me. Today also she called me she did not revel her name while pickup the she starting shouting me & i explained her i have no source to pay & i am not in place, then she told we will send staff & send documents & will take the signature from my mother & wife to case against me. So my family memebers all are daily fearing due this harassment. This is totally unacceptable move from the banks part. and I believe banks should not harrass anyone to his family members & in local society. I am deeply disappointed and extremely unknown condition what to do how save my family members from harassment

Need a positive solution the lady staff who called frm chennai she was speaking malayalam & english. My family members suffered a lot due to her rough way of speaking. So let no other family should suffer frm this type of staff frm axis

hlo sir, not satisfied with ur reply done because at my good time i was paying regularly, there are ups & down in human life. Even though several times i had informed your executives there is source to pay, since around 2years myself family struggling bad attempt frm ur executive calling local ward members, & calling family members phone & threatening. How simple ur saying follow-ups procedure if anything happens to aged mother & wife in not my presence will this lady stafff or bank staff take responsible of family life. i am not satisfied with ur reply. ur asking relevant proof my mother is uneducated will she able record or take ur executive calling or comming harrasement details what foolish talks, its clear ur not going to punish this lady u want to make more & more family to commit sucide by this kind of lady staff in your firm. Need relevant reply.

Again myself & family members facing same issue, again axis bank staff violating guidelines, they are continuously calling 20 times per day to my wife mobile & to mother number. Again they called our local ward member to visit my home. I had already informed my situation, today i had called back to bank staff & i had told pls stop harassing family members, he told either u do a one-time settlement or we continue calling ur family members he says. its very bad experience facing continuously. number received from nos
1. [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]. So i need a permanent solution. my mother is aged & she is a patient, if axis bank executive continously hiring local ward members for loan recovery to my home its illegal procedure and its 4th time this attempt done from axis bank staff, if i am not getting a permnent solution to this mail. i have to go complaint at RBI kindly waiting for your reply..
