Axis Bank — Benetton bag - not received | |
Two month before i got a call saying that if i deposit 15000 rs in my saving account from 31st march to 10 april i will get a benetton bag. When i contacted one of axis bank executive he said within one month i will get a coupon for the same. Now its more than one month and there is no coupon or no communication from their side. I seek a proper clarification and exact date till when i can receive that text so that i can take my benetton bag. Was this information helpful? | |

The worst bank ever. The only thing that they hear and are concerned about is the customer's derogatory language. You will die repeating everything to them again and again.
If only they had a concept of customer service, no body would go insane talking to them.
