I applied for moratorium for credit card bill for april.
But after some warning from friends, i paid the full amount ie 13, 997
They have blocked internet banking and credit card.
I asked to unblock credit card as i rely on some payment in credit card.
They (Customer care executive) are saying, they have no authority to unblock credit card
Reason: actually moratorium is applied, it will be unblocked if i pay may month credit bill earlier.
This is totally unfair. I have paid credit card bill completely without moratorium.
How come they block credit card
I have send mail also, but this people without reading mail have send me another mail, how to apply for moratorium.
