[Resolved]  Axis Bank — Calls and SMS from Axis Bank even on numbers on DND

Hi Team, This is to report that AXIS Bank continues to call me for personal loans and credit cards even though my numbers are on the National Do Not Call for more than around 2 to 3 years now. They claim that their DND list does not have my number and their website does not give an option to register the numbers on their DND list. It is a way to reach out to all customers. I would hereby request the concerned authorities to instruct the Axis Bank team not to call or sms the users registered on National DND. Infact, there is not need for the users to goto each bank and add thei numbers to their DND list. All that is required is to register on the National DND list as per the TRAI regulations.
