[Resolved]  Axis Bank — Cancellation of axis bank credit card

Without intimation they send new credit card and also send credit card one year service charges on next statement.
whenever i try to contact customer care without proper communication it was disconnecting.
I would like to cancel my Axis Bank credit card, which i can't hold for any more. I am not used this card even one transaction.

Is this your employee Amar rivadi (8587820854) contacted me and asking for cc number with cvc number. i think this is unlawful is asking for cvc number.. this is only for transaction purpose. please confirm Thanks Bhaskar Reddy Asi

My self Bhaskar Reddy Asi have done wrong transaction to old and expired axis bank credit card (XXXXXXX3301) instead of other bank credit card.
so i am trying to contact in somany ways . ([protected]@axisbank.com,
premium.[protected]@axisbank.com, customer.[protected]@axisbank.com) but failed.

could you please take complaint and reverse the amount to my bank account.

Updated by abr876 Today i have received so many calls saying from axis bank . and asking card number, cvv and otp. as i raised request to block credit card in this website.after that i have received so many calls.could you please look into this.

My self vijay i have alredy paid min due amount before due date but axis bank charge me rs 2500.for late payment.
Till date i have not recived any bill or massage for payment.
