[Resolved] Axis Bank — Cancellation of credit card | |||
I left my service due to my health condition and i am not employed now. My usage of credit card is also nil. You may see the record wherein i have paid lot of interest on non-usage also. I have not got my statement and my address inspite of repeated informations provided to customer care division has not been updated. Hence i would like to close my credit card Card no. [protected] valid till november 2014. Name : n mohan ayer I have prepared a letter and alongwith the same i have cut the credit card and enclosed and submitted at axis bank sastri nagar branch today. Please waive the interest portions where i have not used and send me the settlement letter so that i can pay the same in five equal instalments. Cancel my Credit Card with immediate effect.

My complain is that whenever you diduct money from
credit card you must inform to the card holder and take permission
for the payment from him/her which is not happening now. I lost rs. 4500/-
so I want to discontinue your servicess.
