Money deposited but not credited in account. Went to khanda co panvel branch they just note down complaint just take complaint no ( Thank you for contacting Axis Bank. SR no. SAK[protected] for recycler txn dispute for A/c no. XX2371 will be completed within 4 & 30 working days for Levels 1 & 2 respectively. For any update on your request, please quote the SR no.?
they told me call customer care they don't even now what was TAT for refunding payment worst service axis had. if axis bank able to provide proper cash deposit service axis shound be shut down machine making customer in trouble i can say axis is worst service in customer that i found.. even your branch executive not even know about TAT of returning pay. Please refund my payment as soon as possible.
