Axis Bank — cash deposit in machine.
Dear sir, on dt. 01/03/2018 i have deposited ₹49000, in baddi branch after consultation with security, but machine got problem and amount not show in my account. I have given writing application to branch manager at same time, as per branch problem will solve within three days, but till now i am waiting for.
Due to this i have loss approx 5000, loss
Who is responsible.
