[Resolved]  Axis Bank — Cash Deposited in ATM machine but money not credited to account

Sir,
On 23rd September 2021 evening I tried to deposit Rs 40000 into my Axis Bank savings account No. [protected] through an Axis Bank ATM machine attached to Guwahati Kahilipara Branch but though the cash was accepted by the machine and when I pressed the confirm deposit button after few seconds the machine displayed that transaction timed out. Since that day bank office got closed by that time so on the very next day morning I reported the incident to the branch manager of Axis Bank Kahilipara Branch but he simply refused to accept my complaint and simply told me to wait for 24 hours then only complaint can be registered. Then I called upon Axis Bank customer support where my complaint was registered and I was assured of a solution within 3 days but till now I have not received the money. I am also attaching a photo of the receipt that was generated after the transaction where it is clearly mentioned that total 80 nos of 500 rupee denomination were tendered into the machine. Please help me for solving the issue at the earliest.
