Axis Bank — cash not received but amount debited

I try to withdraw cash from atm today 040919 in axis atm using my axis debit card, during the final stage of transaction (While sound coming) the atm power goes off. Cash was debited from my account and not reversed still. The complaint number which i i registered in bank is [protected]. Please kindly reverse my amount soon..

Cash 10400 rs was debited from my account and not reversed still. the complaint number which i i registered in bank is [protected] . please kindly reverse my amount soon..

Updated by Dineshvaran My number is reachable and i am receiving calls asusual in my number .. dont tell this kind of fake reasons.. you can call me now also.. [protected] ..24 hrs gone amt not reversed still.. if so i will close my axis acct and surrender my debit and credit cards also..
