This complaint is regarding cashback calculation issue for the month of May, 2022 statement. On May 16, 2022, I have received the E-statement of my credit card via email with the calculation of cashback earning for each transaction done from April 14, 2022 to May 13, 2022, which should be adjusted in June 2022 statement. The problem is specifically on the first transaction of the statement of May, 2022, done on April 14, 2022 of the amount Rs. 15718. This transaction was done on flipkart.com website. As per the rules and regulation, each and every transaction greater than Rs. 100 done on flipkart.com, must be entitled 5% unlimited cashback. So, the cashback earning on the transaction of Rs. 15178 done on April 14, 2022 on flipkart.com must be 5% of Rs. 15718 i.e., Rs. 785. But on the statement of May, 2022, the amount of cashback earning on the same transaction is showing only Rs. 235, which is only 1.5% of 15718 as well as Rs. 550 less (Rs.785 – Rs.235) than the actual cashback amount. However, I complained before the team of Principle Nodal Officer of Axis Bank on May 16, 2022. But May 23, 2022, they told all cashback earning calculation are correct and wanted from me to specify the transaction. It is clear that they did not even read and understand my problem as well as did not open any attachment file for supporting my statement. It is too much unfortunate and is the clear case of monetary fraudulent activity and mental harassment on behalf of Axis bank. I need immediate resolution and a correct statement copy of cashback earning calculation of May 2022. The conversation email, Transaction receipt and an unencrypted copy of May 2022 statement (first transaction marked by yellow marker) are attached herewith.
