[Resolved] Axis Bank — cashback received 5% instead of 15%

Hi i have purchased ac with cashback of 15% but i received 5 %... Here i am not complaining that i didnt receive cashback properly because it was useless.. So i am suggesting people don't use axis bank credit card for cashback offers because they are the worst response from customer executive and they will simply tel to check with merchant they not even check the issue... I am going to close my credit card in this month after paying my bill... My kind advise don't use axis bank credit card...
