Axis Bank — Change of branch | |||
Hello, Have my complaint register no. 10920803. From last one and a half months I am suffering without a debit card and cheques, just because I sent my welcome kit to Bangalore MG road branch for changing my branch. This is my salary account and was taken from Bangalore itself. And it was a mistake from Axis bank side that mistakenly they have opened my account in Sirsa branch, Haryana. One of your official from axis bank told me that I will get my new welcome kit in seven working days once I sent him back my old welcome kit. He have acknowledged me that he have received the old kit on 10th of August, 2014. From to till date I am trying to get it cleared and non of your axis officials have given me convincing answer. No proper updates regarding the same till now. And I am in need for cheques very urgently and for this also non of the axis bank officials gave me a proper guidance.
