Hi i have an NRI account in Vasundhara Ghaziabad Branch by name Deepak Kumar Mangain, from past one month my family is running behind the bank ppl to change the registered mobile number as i am out of country and will be back by march only,
1) i have submitted my signed required documents by mail but now they say the NRI team is not accepting that now i need to be presented psychically. now thats not possible for me i am in sailing now .
2) they say my sing are mot matching in the cheques i have given to my family,
3)they say to change the number through the app BUT the app do not have any such option
4) online transaction are also not happening through the app.
5) Finally after running behind them for a month i came to know that the email id is incorrect. but i receive all my bank email in the same and its the only email i d i use .
request you to arrange a call from the NRI department to my sister [protected] or mail me the process at [protected]@yahoo.com and do the needfull as soon as possible . Was this information helpful? |
