[Resolved] Axis Bank — Charged for invalid credit card after 9 years | |||
Hi my name is Sarfaraz Abubaker Machliwala, I am holding a saving account with axis Bank and it is a recent account open on 31 december 2017. I came to notice that their was a deduction done of 12045/- from my account stating that I have a pending credit card bill for the year[protected] which I had never applied or use. Why did the bank waited for this long years to take action and why was no communication done prior to this. My phone no., My address and my location is same from the past 12 years so what took axis Bank so long. I want my money back and I am willing to take legal actions. Sarfaraz Abubaker Machliwala. Many times we place our roll paper demand as per edc department( at least 50 times) but not delivery, we have a hotel business, so our guest not received edc machine support facility,
