Dear Sir/Madam,
Actually this month ie., 5th May 2022 I am given a statement of yearly charges on a credit card which i have never received nor requested for. The Credit Card named as Axis Bank Flipkart Card with charges 590, its showing doubles now. In the process to block the card, its allowing only for replacement. I do not want to pay the charges on a card, which i dont own or have or used. I dont understand how such a confusion is created, without my consent the card is linked to my account. I have never sent any consent on buying this card, as i already hold a life time free NEO Credit Card. I tried calling multiple times to Axis Bank Customer Care, but of no use the customer support is very bad. Alexa is there which doesnt provide any options to call customer support. Please check the same and suggest.
