[Resolved] Axis Bank — about the fraudulent transaction | |
Sir/madam, I am a customer of axis bank mg road lucknow, on 31/05/18. I got a message that my account is debited 10000 which has not done by me. I have compiled in my brach but no setisfy response come from them. Sir, i kindly requestt you to kindly help me get back my money. I am very much in need of it. Plz help me get my money back. Sir I got refund of RS 7898 from amezon and my reference number is 58974675.but customer care service not ready to take my complite and no response from bank pls help me out of this

When I see my bank statement than found that bank had taken Rs.4572.25 and 3226.73.
means bank had charged Rs.45.26 and 31.94 respectively.
I had paid more Rs 77.20
Which is very high.
Please refund me Rs.77.20
