[Resolved]  Axis Bank — charges of credit card which is block and not in use

Myself raina ratendra srivastava my account number is [protected] request you to wave off my credit card charges as there is no pending amount from my end as there is some charges add by bank annual fees and started adding late fees on that which is not acceptable.
You can have a check that account is salary account opened after that i left my job and u have not turned in saving account it was still zero balance account. Now it has been ages where i have left my job and i am out of mumbai and house wife.
Still i asked my parents to pay when bank has charged me on my credit card dues some 900rs. My parents went to axis bank branch in bhayender west to pay that amount but in bank they refuse to accept the amount saying that your account is freeze and you have to go to home branch that is in goregaon east. My parents are old they cannot travel, while opening the account why it was not said that dont open account from here open it from where u stay, due out of sincerity i asked them to pay but after this behavior of bank i am really upset.

I know that 'this is without prejudice to bank's right to recover its dues by all other legal means and due process of law',
I am going to take action against bank by going to reserve bank of india and further if required to more legal action against this.
It has been more than a year using axis bank credit cards and still messages are coming to pay the amount and now it is around 2000rs. Which i am not going to pay, if bank can see the records my rewards points on credit cards are also pending i have not utilize if bank can adjust that will be great full.
Hence forth i am not asking my parents to pay any dues or visit any bank and for me it is just impossible.
While opening the account you never said that you have to open it from your town where you reside so why closing or doing any payment like such why the bank is asking to visit to home branch it is just not legal. If required i will file complain to rbi.

Request you to close my account and wave off all the charges and close my credit crads which bank has already block want to finish all the credit cards and debit crads and close all the cards and the charges. Stop sending messages not required.

There is no reply n not a valid customercare email id,
while opening the account there was no condition, while closing the account and blocking the credit card condition are applied to visit the home branch .
Unnecessary charges even if the card is not in use
