Axis Bank — charges on payments using card

I had to pay an amt of rs.140 extra over rs.5k as bank charges @2.8 %.
Client name. Astha healthcare veena nagar mulund west.

Pl let me know is it true that you are charging to your client?. Why such charges are levied on end customers?.

Our pm is proudly promoting digital india why?.

If it is with our money and if we are the sufferers then we do not want such kind of foolish slogans.
Such kind of charges are attracting people for going in cash transactions. Then where is the transparency?.
