Axis Bank — Charging Negative Money On ASAP Zero balance account | |
Sir, i have ASAP saving account in axis bank but i stopped using it for several months nearly 1-2 year now my account balance is reflecting -1390 inr. When i talked to customer care they told me to visit branch and when i visted branch they denied and they told that they cannot do anything i have to pay the debt -1390 whereas according to rbi rule bank can not impose negative charge once balance touches to zero Was this information helpful? | |
