I have been a highly dissatisfied customer of AXIS bank as i feel i have not been treated fairly. i was promised call back multiple time by different supervisors, and given assurance just to get me off the phone whenever i have called customer care with my request.
I have requested for a check book on multiple occasions on multiple calls made to customer care however no one seems to even be doing something about having one sent to me. Despite the fact of explaining the level o[censored]rgency i have been given multiple reasons for the delay and now i have been told that no request has been raised.
What is happening?
Is this the service level you provide to customers? am i not eligible for a check book and why cant someone simple mail out the same to my home address??
I request someone from the concerned team to contact me at the earliest and have a check book sent to my home address, or the next complain will be directly to the Head office marking whosoever needed in higher management.
