I am holding account in chilakaluripet axis bank from 2020 on wards. I visited branch on 24th march 2023 to resolve my issues but branch manager started scolding and misbehave with me. I try to mention we will discuss and resolve the issues but he did not listen what i am saying and continue to scold and threatening me. I raise multiple compliant against the branch due to irresponsible service of chilakaluripet axis bank . I raised this issue to phone banking and twitter but they are not responding. Apr 12, 2023 Complaint marked as Resolved they did not resolve the issue but they mentioned here like they resolved. I think all the way axis bank is doing same thing. they didn't want resolve the issues but do just cover ups. Axis Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
