[Resolved] Axis Bank — cibil score down due to one active account | |||
Dear sir/madam I had a axis bank credit card [protected] In august/september 2019 i lost that card. Then i block and replaced that credit card with new one [protected] One active account is standing in credit report against that credit card [protected] Plz look in matter and help me. Mar 11, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved they give me clarification about active account.and i understand what they say.i have no issue with axis bank regarding cibil score Axis Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
