[Resolved]  Axis Bank — cibil score down due to one active account

Dear sir/madam

I had a axis bank credit card

In august/september 2019 i lost that card.
Then i block and replaced that credit card with new one

One active account is standing in credit report against that credit card
[protected]

Plz look in matter and help me.
